Arm yourself with the skills of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and empathy. These are the essential elements of people-centric leadership and sustainable teams.
By the end of this workshop you will:
This is what one of our attendees said about the workshop:
“The workshop on emotional intelligence was a good balance of input and break-outs and the facilitation was really smooth. There was one sentence that sticks with me. I think it is so true: You can forget what a person says but will never forget how this person makes you feel. I will carry this sentence with me, thank you! I will use this method during our next retro and I curious to see what will happen!”

In this training, we will go through all life cycles every project have. From initiation to the evaluation and closure, every project although unique passes through the same phases.
We will focus on planning as a key phase for having a successful project. Organizing a training or educational program is the project itself. To have it all covered it should be considered as a project or part of a bigger portfolio of projects. By breaking it into parts, we can plan it more precisely and organize our and external resources, to make a perfect fit.
We will learn about tools and techniques which will help us have all aspects of our project covered and organized on time, in the budget, and the planned scope of work. These techniques should be helpful whatever you afterward decide to organize.
Do emotions matter to high performing teams?
Is trust a key to success?
If your answer is YES, we have a gift for you! We invite you to learn a simple technique of building emotional culture in your remote team. For this free workshop, we will be using a set of cards (created by Riders&Elephants) that will help us co-create the emotional culture. Our facilitator will give you instructions on how to use the tool and do it yourself in your organization.
This workshop serves teams to:
1. Build relationships trust;
2. Build culture of empathy;
3. Grow people-centric leaders.
For the past six months, at Beyond Empowering we have been using this tool every week. It helped us open up and define what feelings we want and don’t want to feel at work. This made us more engaged, focused, safe and supported to do important tasks knowing that our feelings are acknowledged. After seeing the enormous value of this process, we wanted to share it with our community as a gift!
How will we do it?
This workshop will last about 90 minutes. The end goal of this session is for you to feel confident to apply the tool of emotional culture building right away in your own teams.
Who is it for?
We believe in the power of HR in designing cultures and creating values. It is an opportunity for HR managers to empower themselves and to bring the tool back to their organizations.
